The Operator
Brian Lechlitner has spent more than two decades operating in environments where reliability is non-negotiable. As a former Chief Operating Officer in the banking and technology sector, he led uptime-critical, regulated operations where security, disciplined financial management, and operational performance were essential. His work required careful capital allocation, measured risk management, and accountability at every level of the organization.
But his foundation was built much earlier.
Raised on a family farm in Indiana, Brian learned that durability is not theoretical — it is practical. Equipment must be maintained. Foundations must be sound. A barn stands only if its sill and its stone are secure. Those early lessons continue to shape how he approaches leadership and ownership today.
Rather than pursue another corporate executive role, Brian chose to acquire and lead a single business — committing his own capital, time, and energy to building something enduring. He believes strong businesses are not flipped; they are stewarded. Ownership is not about financial engineering — it is about responsibility and stewardship.
This philosophy guides how he approaches acquiring and operating one established Ohio business for the long term.
What That Means in Practice
Personally funded capital with established SBA lender relationships
Sole decision maker with the ability to move efficiently
Leadership that is present, accountable, and engaged in the work
Respect for the employees who keep the business running
Commitment to customers who rely on the service
Growth pursued thoughtfully, not recklessly
Brian is based in Central Ohio, where he lives with his wife, Toni. Together, they believe business is a vehicle for service — to employees, customers, and the broader community.
